Good Morning all! I've been following this thread with GREAT enthusiasm for about 3 weeks now after I jumped into a big percentage position (of my portfolio) of DELL at 44 1/2. Things really starting to look up again with Thursday's analyst meeting drawing near! I find the folks here to be both very passionate and knowledgable about their DELL and I think that's great! I'll be looking to beef up the position a bit today on the April 45 or April 42 1/2 calls if we keep the speed up. Regards and have a great DELL day! Mike

jill....active...passive....agency...unagency...buy dell.. probably more catalogues on a daily basis in the hands of consumers...than consumers who regularly use the internet to search.. call me old fashion...i think a catalogue has more impact as the page is static...too many web sites have too much happening that can distract....and to rebut your "search" logic...most catalogue buyers normally don"t "search" beyond that which is reliable and familiar.. e-tailing is new, is different, but the same old concept of merchandising to the masses....just as 80% of bricks and mortar startups fail...so will "e-tailers"... *but let them come and go...for the "shovels"* (pcs,servers,switches,routers,networks,telecom,storage) must be purchased and utilized to dig the holes that most will fall in....** analysts think all as sophisticated as you....vcr's in trailer parks across our mighty land, at this very moment, still blinking at 12 o clock.... ciao squared....ed a.
