Steve: I take it you believe that DCHT did not commit fraud in its February 17th press release. OK, then how do you explain the MTEY 10-K, which clearly indicates that Antaeus did not exist as late as March 30 in any meaningful fashion, nor did not have any financing lined up then? Is MTEY lying? Is the formation of a multimillion dollar joint venture not worth mentioning in the 10-K of a company with $20 in the bank?

I read the disclaimer at the bottom of the press release, and I don't see anywhere language like "The customer that we will supposedly be doing millions of dollars of business with does not yet exist and has no money." I think if they said that, they would be safe.

As to whether or not the enforcement division of the SEC takes the evidence seriously, we shall see. I have a long history of alerting that organization to fraudulent companies and stock scams that I run across, and I think they appreciate that I don't waste their time.
