This wasn't mentioned in the release,

We have filed an S-8 with the SEC to register the 1.3M underlying shares from an executive non-qualified stock option plan. Don't worry, the shares will not be suddenly out in the market. The options have a four-year term and are exercisable ratably over this time period.

I must have mis-understood managements intent to get rid of the options.

This is great news, but why is there so little volume & price movement? FCM is an internet company that is growing rapidly, with real revenues to prove it. -must be that not many are aware of FCM, yet?

p.s. FWIW, I've been following FCM (formerly FTEL) for well over a year now.
Isn't this the type of news everyone has been waiting for!?
