Don, I have ideas but none of them are sinister. Alot of stock was purchased for under a nickle in late 1997 and early 1998 and even traded as low as a nickle in late 1998. Some of this stock is sold our periodically I am sure for various reasons. On another note, we all had the feeling that the financing would be finalized in mid February.....it is now April. Scared and/or impatient people sell. You need to look at your numbers for outstanding shares and float. After the financing there will be about 50 million shares outstanding. I bought more yesterday with profits from another penny. TRKR will be OK. A major step will be closing the deal and getting the cash...... Tom
