Evercel, the nickel zinc battery technology spun out of Energy Research has begun trading today under the symbol EVRC. I believe they have also just put out a 10Q.

We should watch them for a whole bunch of reasons. Perhaps they will trade well and Ken Baker will make good on his promise to spin off/IPO/and separately fund some of our subsidiaries. An Ovonic that was suddenly able to equalize the capital commitments GM has made to GM/O would a) allow us to get rid of all the hand work we saw in Kettering, and b) allow earnings from PRODUCT REVENUES to begin flowing to ECD's bottom line (assuming they retained a healthy chunk of Ovonic.)
