Dave, My Stock trading (long term) is not nearly as good as my options trading (short term). CPQ stock last Feb really hit me hard... Dumped ALL of it! Thanks to DELL, ATHM and MSFT stocks, I came out last year with over a double on average for Stocks (in IRAs). I also own LU, CSCO, CTXS. I bought CMGI calls March 30 at $15. I sold out at 28.5 April 5. BIG gain. HOWEVER, the same option closed at 45+ today. Missed out on a nice triple, but I will settle for the near double for a 5 day hold. I visit SI and RagingBull for some info. Most beneficial to me is clearstation charts for stocks and OptionInvestor for Options. I can see from your favs that adrenalin and ulcers are not a worry for you. I am looking for major tank (20-30%) sometime between May and July. Have been moving to 60% cash by May 15. Will start buying puts on selected issues by end of April. Perhaps even on CMGI and AOL. Good continued success to you RW
