CYOE: The report also mentioned that the shares held in his personal name are maintained in a margin account. If the price drops too drastically, he could be in for a world of margin calls. That would definately be motivation to keep buying this thing and supporting it above the $5 level.

Nice thought, but you give these guys too much credit. Take a look at appendix B to the 13D. It shows a series of transactions between 7/10/97 through 12/9/98 where the school's position was acquired.

These guys are lower than low.

"Hard to believe they would stoop that low" Hard to believe you think anything is too low for them. How low can you go?

If Comdico and Andreini and Piper Jaffrey through Fantetti hold all that CYOE , it has a name the SEC is familiar with. It's called warehousing, and is a major no-no.
