EDS and Iomega Announce Information Technology Agreement; EDS Services Will
Support Iomega's Global Growth Strategy

SANTA CLARA, Calif., April 6 /PRNewswire/ -- EDS today announced that Iomega Corporation, the leader in smart
portable storage, has selected EDS to provide systems and network management support for its global applications and
network environment. By leveraging EDS' global systems and network management expertise, Iomega will be able to
concentrate on expanding its worldwide business in a cost-effective manner. EDS will support Iomega's global operations
through existing Iomega facilities in Roy, Utah and existing EDS facilities in Sacramento, Calif.

Under the terms of the five-year information technology agreement with Iomega, EDS will provide systems and network management support for Iomega's
worldwide Oracle ERP implementation, worldwide Scopus customer service application, I2 supply chain management system, datawarehouse, and other
enterprise applications. Additionally, EDS will provide management and support for Iomega.com, Iomega's heavily accessed Web site.
