The mutuals that want to buy when BII is on the TSE 300 will be instructing brokers to accumulate now at a lower price, then when the stock is listed they will transfer the stock into the fund...hopefully showing a profit already! Thats how it works! The funds don't put it on their books until the day it is on the TSE 300. So what you see right now is some brokers buying for some funds...it will likely settle down shortly!!
