When I checked last week, I saw two distribution days that matched his definition. I used a screen of days when NYSE and Nasdaq went down on 10% more volume than day before. The distribution is mostly obvious in the Russell 2000. Most days, the block money flow has been negative even on up days. It appears that some of the fuel for the rally may be coming from small cap fund redemptions.
