Ducks,you don't have to wait 1 1/2hrs it usually lifts/blisters
in 15-20 minutes at room temp.
The warmer the better.

Gino is right, last summer I was transferring some SV-35 into a smaller container and spilled a few drops on my parents' old deep freeze. Where SV-35 had spilled on it, the paint blistered almost instantly (definitely less than 5 min) and had completely lifted cleanly within 10-15 minutes. Quite an impressive initial demonstration.
