How much cash can there be if the company couldn't afford to even have audited financials...And what could we possibly bring them....CSMA IS COMPANY THAT IS A TOTAL SHELL--NO ASSETS, NO $$$$, NO BUSINESS, MMERGING WITH ANOTHER LOSER?....I WILL TELL WHAT YOU THEY BRING, DAMN IT...read between the lines....IF YOU CAN FIND OUT, YOU WILL PROBABLY FIND VELTAX (SP.) WAS A COMPANY IN TROUBLE, COULDN'T PAY THEIR BILLS, AND FELL BELOW EVEN THE BB RATINGS, WHICH IS HARD TO DO..WHY ELSE DO YOU THINK THEY HIT THE PINK SHEETS...CHECK FOR ANY KIND OF PR....NOT THERE GUYS...So they merge with another company (us) who has no assets, no $$$, no business, AND A HISTORY OF LAWSUITS AND QUESTIONABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES....HEY, ADD 0+0 AND WHAT DO YOU GET!!!!!!DUH!!!!I WILL BET MY LIFE ON WHAT YOU GET.....YOU GET A 25-1 REVERSE SPLIT, WITHOUT BENEFIT OF NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS..... AFTERWARDS, YOU GET MORE SHARES ISSUED, FOR THOSE HIGH UP THERE NEEDING $$$$$...THEN IT SHOWS THE COMPANY IS ACTUALLY WORTH SOMETHING....HELL MAYBE EVEN $.25/SHARE....But you forgot..THE $.25 is actually only worth $01. pre-split, for those who unfortunately still were dumb enough to own shares....Now, if someone can get a hold of records to see how many shares HK ELROD OWNS, AND THE DIRECTORS AND OTHERS AFFILIATED WITH CSMA, BEFORE AND AFTER the split, and see what has been issued...and do some research as to their ownership of stock, and see if they have additional shares issued to them within the past say 6-12 months...I don't mean "bought" stock....I mean issued....I heard that during Pickens or others threats of lawsuits, that the top officials made sure that a "hostile takeover" could not occur.....meaning that more shares were issued to them in order to protect their place, their power, and "the company", and maintain their leadership!! You guys do some checking into is....IT CAN BE FOUND OUT-IT HAS TO BE THERE IF IT WAS RELLY DONE! If true, the path can be followed.....But, meanwhile, think about all this....neither company reports...neither one has much in the way of income---A PINK SHEET CO. MERGER WITH A SHELL???????....THEY CAN TELL ME HOW MUCH VELTAX MAKES INCOME-WISE--NONE OF IT IS VERIFIABLE FOLKS----REMEMBER THAT---THAT IS VERY, VERY IMPORTANT--DID YOU ALL FORGET WHAT CSMA TOLD US AND THEIR PROJECTIONS OF INCOME....IF THIS COMPANY WAS SO GOOD AND PROMISING, WHY DID THEY GO ON THE PINK SHEETS, AND NEVER REPORTED, AND THEN WHY DID THEY HAVE TO MERGE WITH A NON-REPORTING CO. IN TROUBLE THAT IS A SHELL... Oh great, so you are thrilled that they probably have sweat shops that have 7-14 yr. olds working 15 hrs. a day just to eat! Oh boy!!!!
SOMEONE HELP ME OUT HERE, I AM HAVING A CASE OF REALITY, AND I CAN'T STAND IT!....NOT ONLY A 25-1 REVERSE SPLIT.....BUT A DAMN SNEAKY ONE....SOMEONE WATCH WHO HAS OR HASN'T SHARES!!!!....FIGURE THE MATH.....THE SHAREHOLDERS WHO BOUGHT THIS STOCK AT 4 CENTS (REMEMBER THE MAJOR BUYING WITHIN THE MONTH---ANYONE KNOW WHO IT WAS??????) WILL ACTUALLY SEE A PROFIT WHEN IT HITS OVER $1.00/SHARE...FOR THOSE WHO WERE LUCKY TO HAVE BOUGHT DURING THE PAST AT $.25, SAY FOR 2500 SHARES AT A PRICE OF $625 BEFORE COMMISSION, and you were not able to get on the internet, and didn't recieve notification like most of us.. ....JUST THINK OF THE BARGAIN YOU GOT....YOU WILL NOW OWN 100 SHARES....AND YOU WILL BREAK EVEN WHEN IT REACHES $25.00, but that will be before commision..if you have a discount broker, you might be able to sell them for $12..., so actually you will only have to have it reach somewhere (I'm too tired to do the math) at about $25.25 to break even......HEY, CONGRATULATIONS!
