That was a good move to re-write your post. Emotions get us all in trouble once in a while. If TAP has done illegal things, then go after him. Please keep us posted, in a professional manner, as to real events (past and future) that surround this situation. However, if nothing comes of this, I would hope that you would post that information as well. Best of luck, James

SOWK has been forwarded everything you ever posted and sent to us via email, along with MoneyMades posts which libel SOWK & T A P. Also SEC is very aware of T A P as we sent SEC all posts regarding SOWK, T A P and MoneyMade.SEC requires disclosure which we are in complete compliance with so your advise below from previous post... "May I offer one last piece of advice....do yourselves a big favor. Issue a statement publicly, and forward a registered letter to the SEC Special Enforcement Division, stating that it has been brought to your attention and you are aware you have broken several laws of disclosure, and will temporarily cease doing business until such a time as we feel confident we fully understand all governing laws and will abide by them." ...is not only unnecessary and not welcomed, we would appreciate that you respond to T A P via email which we were doing after your "little birdy" talked to you or on your PMT board which you made so investors wouldn't need to read this type of gibberish.Have you forgotten what you wrote below or does it not apply to you somehow? Here, people that find they must air their garbage in public, can do just that.
