XNET & NASDAQ Listing; Response from my Email. The following is the response I just received from my Ernest Cheung regarding a possible NASDAQ listing. "Hi: Our Web site "www.xinnet.net" will be up very soon. It is currently under construction and should contain the information that you are looking for. Please check it out and call if you need more material. A Form 10 filing is in the works and will be filed shortly, when it will be approved will depend on the SEC.
