I don't believe that that would be quite true. If he was to post a disclaimer on his posts, he would probably be OK. It still might be a push, but I sure would like some balance if for nothing else, to get some daylight on material issues that always seem to be hidden away in the crevices of some yet to be filed document. I'm not referring to inside info but those things that provide a level playing field for all the existing and *prospective* investors. They should be given as clear a picture as possible. Anything less, smacks of deception. The details of the PP, once signed, should have been made public during those numerous occasions requested. The issuing of additional shares should have been made public. The engorgement of additional shares to the benefit of Mr. Gordon should have been made public as occurred. And so on and so on.
