Rushmore Financial Group (RFGI) has an online brokerage division at rushtrade.com, someone should tell me why this stock is trading with a market cap of 11.2 million while EGRP is worth 9 billion. Shouldn't there be a takeover premium for a stock with a working trading architecture including Level II in addition to an existing cliet base?
