You don't know what you're talking about, other than it has to fit within a 1 sentence reply. I guess that makes you look wise _and_ concise?

So tell us, if investing is NOT about getting a percentage of profits, or getting a percentage of the sale price, what IS it about?

And dont say "making money" because that can be done by playing the lotto. Here's a hint: look up "invest" in the dictionary.

BTW- I notice you never could come up with an answer to how you could root for Ebay and AMZN now that they are both in the auction space. Immovable object and irresistable force, according to you.

William, just walked in the door. Boy it's cold down here. What's it like up there.
It appears that i sold my Aol calls @ 25. The bad news is I don't have a clue on what to do with my "Thing" hedge. Three day losses in a row would be too much to bear.
