Duker, Not sure why its still taking so long. I ordered a Dell7000 laptop about 1 1/2 weeks before you and got it in eight days. They also dropped the prices a bit right around when I ordered that may have created a back log. cheers, prof.

Now, this is going to sound strange, but have there been delays in Round Rock? Why is it taking so long? At this rate, it may actually ship on their estimated ship date of 4/8/99. I'm sorry, but did anyone else shake their head and laugh at this comment? <G> Before you take offense, Duker, I see your point. My Dell came early, too. But we really shouldn't be all that surprised when they meet their estimates. I hope Wall Street feels the same way........ Jape
