victor, ***********OT************* In 10 to 20 days the grunts won't have to worry about civilians. The whole area will be a free fire zone. US could put troops on the ground in 24 hours if they wanted. Germany could have tanks there in maybe three days. There are already troops on the borders. Yes, I agree on Clinton being weak. But, he was weak in this area when elected. The delay will be to consolidate political resolve of all parties, and to assemble an overwhelming military operation that can't fail. NW
