*Off topic* I see what you mean. In 1938, Hitler announced his intent to invade the Sudetenland (Czechoslavakia). Alarmed, England and France set up the Munich Conference. They agreed to "appease" Hitler by allowing him to go through with the invasion as long as it would end there. Hitler promised that it would be his last demand. England and France agreed. A few months later that German troops had annexed all of Czechoslovakia and were threatening Poland. When Hitler's troops invaded Poland in September of 1939, England and France declared war. Then the Soviets invaded Poland...
