A few messages back - "Zionist-ruled what?" WHAT? Huh? There are some intelligent posters here (well, not a long line, but there ARE some), and there are some glib posters here, and there are a couple of hateful ones. But I beg that some of the more compassionate ones (I get PMs) come out of lurk mode and exchange ideas that don't belittle compassion for ANYONE. I too believe we have to let go of our childhood approach of good guys v. bad guys, but as I just PM'd to someone - a child is good until proven otherwise, whether he is hiding in a Belgrade bomb shelter or on the road with his exhausted, hungry, displaced family. This should be a board where we leave the nastiness behind and try to help inform each other. I have no strong opinions on the politics of this, as I find the complexity grows the more I study it. But I do know there are thousands upon thousands of innocent children in need of our help, and it's sad that people are afraid to post on that topic for fear of being called "self-righteous hypocrites."
