I would be more impressed if "they would just do it" what's with the press release? If current management is standing in the way of deals being closed or financing arrangements being consummated then it would seem the concerns of shareholders over the past several years have been vindicated. Is this release not a tacit admission on the part of the company that under Rene Branconnier's watch the good ship Thermo Tech has been floundering or is this one more attempt to reel in the catch of the day, i.e. chum the waters with more stock and to net more shareholders?

Excuse my ignorance in matters of finance, gentlemen, but I was under the (radical?)impression that shares buy back are carried out with real money. Where will the money come from to do buy backs, selling additional floorless paper?
