There are many
countries that feel our use of the death penalty in this country is a VIOLATION of
INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS- do you want the US bombed until it
complies with whatever international consensus thinks this?

Great point. But doesn't go nearly far enough. How about police who shoot 41 bullets into unarmed civilians? How about our treatment of treatment of undocumented aliens? Ruby Ridge, Waco, etc. Native Americans, from whom we stole this great country, still mostly living in squalor and many without adequate medical care under our benevolent BIA. Homeless people given no help or support. The highest number of people in prison of any "civilized" country, and very disproportionately minorities. Heck, how about our allowing millions of babies to be killed by abortionists, which much of the world finds simple murder? Dwarfs the number of people killed in Kosovo.

Don't get me wrong. I love this country. I think the things we do right far outnumber the things we do wrong. I wouldn't live anywhere else (except maybe New Zealand <g>). But I don't pretend we're perfect. We have things to be ashamed of as well as many more things to be proud of.

But I deny utterly that Yugoslavia has any right to bomb us for the things we do wrong, or because we deprive certain of our citizens of rights which Yugoslavia or the international community deem to be fundamental human rights.

<< Your arguments are so stupid you should be ashamed of yourself. >>

Ahhhhhhhh. I love it when someone with a weak argument resorts to name calling.

I wouldn't mind being called stupid if it would help those poor unfortunate people from Kosovo, who are losing their homes and life savings and, in many cases, their lives.

<< There are many countries that feel our use of the death penalty in this country is a VIOLATION of INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS >>

There is a big difference between forcing over a million people from their homes, stealing everything that they own, killing some of them, and then forcing them out of their country; and our system of justice.

<< ... do you want the US bombed until it complies with whatever international consensus thinks this? >>

If an international organization was formed to wage war against the US, for any reason, we would have to protect ourselves. However, I find it interesting that you can't see that the brutality against the Kosovo Albanians is a crime against humanity. I guess that you feel that the hundreds of thousands of people from Kosovo are giving up their homes and lives willingly, and are just going out for a picnic!

I am very proud that my country and NATO has stood up against a human monster called Slob Milosevic, and is willing to stop his brutality against our brothers and sisters in Kosovo.

<< The reason I say internal matters are NONE of our business is that I do not want other countries meddling in our affairs. >>

I think that you are convincing me of a threat against the US! I have a feeling that Easter Island is getting ready to attack America because of our policy of writing parking tickets to Easter Island residents when they park their kayaks illegally in New York City! My God! Thanks for the warning! <g>

<< If you do not see the danger here than you are a much bigger idiot than I thought you were. >>

I am an idiot because I don't see "your" truth!? Thanks for enlightening me. <g>
