Comments and Response to various posts Part 1 of (2 or 3). My name is Alex von Streeruwitz. I'm a partner at Business Financial Network, so the disclaimer at the bottom of this message applies to me as well as Ian Wyatt. I will respond to some of the posts, especially to comments by Brian. I will divide it up among several posts and post my comments in several parts. The comments in my posts are expressions of my opinion and should not be taken as statements by Business Financial Network, Inc. I'll also share facts I believe to be accurate, but are forward looking and might be subject to change, such as release dates for albums or public appearances by artists. With that taken care of, let's get started: Business Financial Network first sent out a report on Filtered Souls on or about Feb. 19th, when the stock traded at $0.94. Danny Miller, a poster on SI with quite a following, is apparently on our mailing list and posted FSOL as his pick of the day. This coincided with the peak of the Whiz Kid hype, with Danny on CNBC and later interviewed by Bloomberg.siliconinvestor.com This may be too harsh, but some people follow Danny like Sheep. Please check the link below.siliconinvestor.com So over the course of two days, we had our readers receive our report and Dan "pick" FSOL. The stock shot off to $3. Then Danny disappeared from the stock and his day trader following sold their shares. I wonder why none of your pump and dump accusations have been cast upon Danny. As far as I know, none of his actions broke any laws, but I know Danny bought shares before his 10 am post, knowing that both his followers and some of our readers would likely be buying throughout the day. He then sold at least some of his shares in the $2's after he nearly doubled his money. Do you think Danny owns any shares now? Compare that to Ian and myself. We have not sold any shares. Yes, we were compensated for some work related to FSOL, but we've consistently disclosed it. Our Report has been posted several times which discloses our compensation.siliconinvestor.com Commenting on specific posts: I don't have a clue what the heck the whole dinosaur thing was about (Beginning on message #43) I thought the best post with regards to the dinosaur was Jim Bishop's #69siliconinvestor.com Rfegarding a message from us without the disclaimer.siliconinvestor.com I don't think anything in the email could be construed as hyping, most of it was discussion of R&B sales and the workings of the record label industry. The message should have reincluded our disclaimer and we took measures to correct the omission. It is my understanding we sent out a second copy with the disclaimer very soon after. Due to the size of the list and difficulty we had with our ISP, there may have been a several hour lag. The remailing of that email and calling of attention to the disclaimer, shows the lack of the disclaimer in the first mailing was clearly an oversight and not intentional or meant to deceive. Please note that all previous emails about FSOL and the posted report on the web site included our disclaimer, so all readers should have already been well aware of our compensation. I'll begin a second post shortly, beginning with reaction to posts #93 - #171 Disclaimer Business Financial Network is not a Registered Investment Advisor or a Broker / Dealer.
