Humanity can be defined in many ways. Keep that in mind as you lie down to sleep at night. And think if you really want a policy that ignores national boundaries if the shoe was on the other foot- and the US was under attack by a coalition.

The problem is, different parts of the world have different view of what humanity is.

Would you support the EU bombing Washington (bad example, bombing Washington would be a gift. Make that bombing San Francisco) if we refuse to halt our practice of killing people under the death penalty, which many nations and peoples see as inhumane and barbaric?

Would you support Italy and other Roman Catholic nations bombing the U.S. if it continues to murder innocent children under the name of abortion?

We in America have the illusion that our values are shared world values. If we put it to a vote of the world's people, though, we would lose big on many of the things we as a nation do.
