>>>Trying to use Technical Analysis on this one, and in the internet stocks in general, is like trying to run the TSE with an abacus. I wouldn't put too much faith in the technicals cause it only looks at past performance rather than the expectations associated with NASDAQ and internet stocks in general. Just IMO. <<<

I'm certainly not a TA expert, but from what I do know I have managed to make a lot of money in BII by knowing when to get in and out. Certain types of T/A can be useful even on very short term periods such as intraday. I know a lot of people don't put any faith in T/A, but I do think it's a very useful tool that gives me an added 'hint'. Of course, in this particular case, expectations of Nasdaq and such are the defining factors indicating which way this one is going to move. I guess everyone should use what works best for them -- Whatever floats your boat, as they say ;-)

Sili, I personally cannot agree with your statement that T/A's are not reliable in assessing the Internet companies. In the last 8 months I have relized gains of just over $250,000. Had I gone with all my reads with the T/A charts I would now be $1 million higher in net worth. T/a' are another tool. Certainly we can not use Finanacials to justify the lofty prices these companies are commanding, but we can think in terms of the busines model at hand. These Internet companies have set up a storefront that service an area globally; much differrent that the Corner Walmart that services the immediate and surromding communities where they are located. There will be many huge bumps along the way and the T/A's will help me in getting in and out.
We are in a period that does not come our way often and that is that the next 5 years, there will be many millionaires+ created. As you know, the train has left the station.
