Teflon, IMO, Linux will be to Windows what Wordperfect is to Office.
It will just linger around for a while.

I don't see MSFT settling this case at all. Considering the threats they could say they are facing, i believe the government would have to drop a lot of their demands. An alternative could be temporary restrictions on MSFT that will expire within a period of time.

I see MSFT winning the case if it goes further. I feel stronger than ever about this.
