Burton, all of those concerns are part of the DD process which will be resoved prior to closing the acquistion. I have asked the very same questions once I was informed of this recent development. Already, I have vendors calling wanting to make proposals for the ingredients which is another factor in this acquistion. There is a lot to be done yet. At least Mr. Pybas is doing the DD and trusting nothing because of the history. Matter of fact Mr. Pybas is out of town checking on a few of those items today. Gary Swancey Paid IR in cash and 50K in stock options plus negotiating restricted shares due to the closing of the octane enhancer acquistion.
