It just occurred to me that Godin knew that 1. bid.com would be approved for naz listing and 2. bid.com would be in the tse 200/300. Therefore, by having the tse news first coming out and by delaying the naz news as late as possible, this will give the Canadian mutual fund manager to buy in at a much lower price. Whne mutuals buy in, they do not daytrade. Conseqently, there would be substantial decrease (maybe 30-50%) in the float of 40 million shares, which will drive the price even higher when the naz listing occurs.
Just my humble theory!!!!!!!!!
