Agreed. I have a bookcase in my bathroom. I keep towels on (in?) it, but also a large selection of books that I started but haven't finished, and magazines ditto. I got into the habit years ago, and never really think about it. When my husband heads to the bathroom carrying a newspaper, I know not to expect to see him for a while.

I guess.

Seems odd to me, but to each his (or her) own. I would think a diet of more fruits and vegetables would facilitate a more moving experience (sorry, I couldn't help myself).

What I don't get are those who have "gentlemen's magazines" in their racks (I've known a couple of people who have). Seems to me one would not want to stimulate the tool to the upward position.
