Suzanne,

But Mr. Gordon, who has accomplished many things for this company,

ennnnh...

Not yet! Ideas need to generate revenue before we can call them accomplishments, much less reward someone for them. And please do not forget that it was Dr. Frankel's idea for Cohesive to be hired. Thank goodness that RG had the presence of mind to follow that recommendation.

His past decisions were no where near as productive.

So I guess you are saying that RG would not place Marty on the board because Marty is an outsider!!!

To all. Regarding RG having a majority ownership of TSIG, I do not have any problems with this. Many founders of companies retain a majority share.

Recently, my partners and I've just incorporated and the person responsible for starting our company is the chairman and he has 50% ownership of the company. These people invest most of the money up front and have the most to loose if business is not successful; therefore, they should receive a greater reward if business succeeds. It's a great motivator for them.

Investment decisions should be based on a company performance and potential instead of how many shares each director of the board has.
