Thank you for the praise, Janice and Jeff. Paracelsian is the name of the company that threatened me. There is no need to go after the company though. The entire Board of Directors resigned in January 1998. There is a new Board of Directors and a new CEO. For all intents and purposes it is a new company. I think the company is now under good management. (BTW, I'm not trying to hype the company here. It is still a moderately risky company. I am only mentioning management's integrity because it would be unfair to tarnish new management with old management's reputation.) I greatly appreciate the offer of help. I wish I had had your help and that of the other members of this thread back in 1997. It could have made a big difference. I probably wouldn't have posted to this thread had I not seen the threat of a libel suit so carelessly bandied about here. I doubt Chatty was really serious with his threat, but if he was I hope that my essay will impress upon him just how difficult his case would be. If my essay can prevent one person from going through what I had to go through I will be happy. Robin
