I've recently noticed this stock. The way I see it, they had 5.7 million cash at the end of last quarter. If they get 4.5 million from the proposed sale of what was their lowest margin division, that adds up to 10.2 million cash. Divided by 8.6 million shares, this company will have 1.19 dollars a share in cash and very little debt. It is now selling for .75 cents, so, if I buy this now, I'm paying 75 cents for 1.19 in cash and a profitable bio business to go with it? What is the downside in this picture?
