Planet City Cancels Two Million Shares
MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 6, 1999--Planet City (OTC BB: PINC) is pleased to announce that, by mutual agreement, 2,000,000 restricted PINC shares have been cancelled and put back into the treasury. The shares were issued May 13, 1998 to Millennium Software Solutions (MSS) in conjunction with the acquisition of MSS and its technology.

The total shares have been reduced from 15,134,368 to 13,134,368.
