ORCL has come all the way back to it's 40 WK MA, but it has fallen hard to get here. THey have become an ERP "Enteprise resource Planning" software company too. With a lot of revenue coming from
the ERP product line.

They are not just a database play anymore and the ERP stocks have been killed Mike, Michelle and I have been talking about those on this thread.

Look at SAP, PSFT, JDEC, BAANF etc to see how some of those peers look.

Orcl should be a good buy in July and it should bounce here, but may be not much though.
