Regarding MSFT, I still think the stock is tired and needs to do some consolidating at these levels. If the market burps, it pulls back 5-10 points. And that is when I will buy my MSFT May 105 Calls. I have been eyeing them for some time now, yet don't see enough horsepower left in the stock near term to offset the time value premium.

I will wait this out.

Regarding the internet sector, the more deals we get (YHOO & BCST), the more this sector may run. YHOO and AOL's earnings this week will also tell us plenty about where Market sentiment for that sector is headed. If YHOO and AOL surprise big time on the up side, WATCH OUT! Nothing will surprise anymore, and I stand to gain plenty if they continue to run at the current pace.

If we remember back to when the Market stumbled last fall and in late January this year, it was always the internet stocks that were the last to capitulate on the down side. So on the one hand, we should enjoy the ride skyward with these stocks. But on the other, we should be looking around to see if the rest of the market is joining the party.
