Miloshivic was voted into power by these people and continue to stand behind him defiant. 1. How do you know who that dead old man voted for? 2. They weren't standing behind him before we started bombing. There was an active opposition, and it was only a matter of time before the people made a change on their own. But we have solidified the people behind him and basically destroyed the opposition movement (in their own words, set them back 10 years.) We have enabled Milosovic to get away with a government crackdown on dissent that he didn't have the power to get away with before the bombing started. Clinton was told as much, but ignored his advisors. Why should this surprise you? If China launched an attack on the U.S. don't you think all the people who hate Clinton would rally behind him? It's a well known phenomonon. Not only is this bombing inhumane and illegal, it's stupid and counterproductive.
