Very good chart. It just shows how sick and insane this market is. Everybody and his cousins are chasing the interNUTS regardless of P/S, P/E or losses. Unless we have a burst of the interNUTS bubble, many small and out of favor stocks will continue to suffer. At this time, an interest rate raise will dampen the crazy speculation in net stocks, and is definitely needed.
