The wording surrounding the compensation in the 10K is clear as a bell. And it stinks. It hurts us all if it discourages legitimate financial assistance. This hurts all of us, period. The manic side as you put it says it's still a, now .36 cent investment, and I believe that the plan has a great chance to overcome the CEO's history. I wish him and all of us well, but I'd surely like to see RG rescind that comp package until there are results. Investment bankers would love to also see that and that would also be great for all of us. Sword.Com
