Thanks for your thoughts....and yes, I am using sugarless gum and dum dum lollipops.

Been trying to avoid the social situations...but did venture out last night and had a few beers in a smoke filled environment. Whew...first sip off my brew, and I REALLY wanted a puff...but I dealt with it and did not cave in.

Thanks for your thoughts......hope AOL keeps me in good spirits during this tough period.
