VLSI should stay near or above where it is now but don't allow yourself to lulled to sleep. If Phillips does not raise offer and there is no other offer forthcoming and the next earnings release is not excellent, this stock will move down. Everyone needs to remember that Phillips has been given some inside info., if after that they are unwilling to raise their bid, what will the market read into it. I don't think all three ifs above are likely but anyone who thinks it is impossible itnt thinkin good.
