We just had a bounce in some food prices. Property this near the "Peoples Republic of Boulder" is out of sight(many homes have gone up 600+% in the last 6-7 years). Yes, there are deals - just as there are everywhere, but we live by eating whatever is on sale and filling teh freezer. Bet most people don't even have two deep freezes for two people. rich
