Von And, Your viewpoint is well grounded in reality, and our bitching and moaning isn't going to change the real world...I think you pretty much focused on the reality of where management's interests are, and to tell you the truth, if any of us were in their shoes I do not believe we would be more altruistic than they are...NOT...These people don't give a tinker's damn whether we make money or lose money...They are interested solely in what's good for them...A very common human trait...I just hope they don't start selling at very low levels...Knowing they are as greedy as the next guy, I doubt they will sell low..I am very surprised that the stock didn't reflect the closeness of the next IPO phase today...Of course it was a pretty dismal day for most Nasdaq stocks...
