IMPORTANT did anybody here get shares allocated to them for the ABWatley IPO, I really need to know Tonight. I responded to a prospectus I got in the mail by a Frank Moscarello. He told me Tonight I don't have to pay for the shares until after the IPO goes public. Has anyone here bought an IPO before, and does this sound right. I really need to find out Tonight. It does not sound right to me, where does the money come from to buy the shares initally.
