Small Cap just refers to the size of their Market Cap <500 million, Small Caps (Russell) are currently out of favor, but an "Internet" small cap or Microcap fund would probably get a strong following, (to the point that it wouldn't stay small cap for too long), judging by what's happened with the rest of the internet sector. Any stock, no matter what the market cap, is much more likely to receive analyst coverage when listed on NASDAQ than the OTCBB. Frank
