Jimmy,
I sold off 300 shares this morning at $42 1/4. Didn't know till late in the day that I had actually done pretty well. A coworker, next cubicle over is a bit of a day-trader. She was jealous. She said, "What, you actually sold something!?" When ORCL stops falling like a knife, I think I'll start nibblin'

jimmyo, a hostile takeover won't work because CM and MOT control the whole shebang. A quick review of the 10K reveals that the the board of directors is controlled by the board's operating committee. And guess who controls the operating committee? It ain't the outside directors.

Look for the whole deal to fall through unless CM is in SERIOUS need of $$$ for Teledesic.
