John, what do you think the main talking point that will be spoon-fed to the press by friendly forces will be?

A) Prices stabilizing

B) Production projections

C) Market Share projections

D) Transition way ahead of schedule

E) Amazing cost reduction projections

E) Signs of competitors rethinking strategy

F) Dataquest projects strong DRAM mkt. 1999

Can we take a poll? <g>

My darkhorse candidates (i.e. things you're unlikely to see in any article in the co-opted, brokerage-industry friendly media outlets)

1) "MU has an incredibily astute upper management team. Look, they were selling around 68-73 right before it tanked to an intraday low of 45. So, they must be smart!"

2) "Micron is such a strong company that they can flat-out grin-f**k the analytical community on a conference call 2 Q's ago and the majority of them still don't mind looking like a bunch of kiss-ass schnooks."

3) "There's very little risk of any surprises occurring since it certainly seems like the big money knows what's going on anyway. In fact, for all intents and purposes that component of the risk premium is non-existent; hence, it should be valued higher!"

Good trading,

Tom
