I am compensated in Cash for the webhost I do and 50K in options @ $1.00 exerciseable within the next year when I became the IR. Since this new development, I am negotiating for restricted shares now, because of the you know whats that I will have to deal with where facts do not play a part of their posts only innuendoes and speculation. Look what happen today .... here they are as expected. Since my work load will/has increased, I feel I should be compensated for it. Not to mention the phone calls I am getting and not from the internet. Just in case, I am covering myself by disclosing my negotiations for restricted stock ... and yes they pay some of my expenses to, like part of my phone bills, etc. Gary Swancey Paid IR in cash and 50K in stock options plus negotiating for restricted stock
