This is a not criminal hearing. Although many times attorneys are accused of being to intimately involved in the actual scheme of things to represent their clients. For interest in the case of John Gotti, his long time attorney Bruce Cutler was not allowed to represent his client. I believe the reasons were that he was a potential witness. This case may be referred to the prosecutor if the Courts feels criminal activity has occurred. What concerns me most about this matter is the financial records of the public corporation (at least according to the testimony published here) seem to be a total mess. Poorly executed loans and promissory notes. What's real, what isn't. This thing may have a plug pulled on it. gotti.com TG
