Hi Jim,

One idea that may be useful for you is to use Position Cost Averaging for those volatile NDX funds like UOPIX:
net-magic.net

It seems that if a person has a discipline of buying in and then adding to the position at lower prices and selling at higher prices, this NDX fund beast may be tamed, somewhat! Anyway, I just ordered the PCA software and am looking forward to implementing it. I'm already doing a manual form of this by setting up a buy-in scale, with certain percentages of my cash available now. This has worked well for me in the past and I'm looking forward to automating it.

Hope this is of some use :-)

Regards, Skipperr
